Jody Scheckter, South African World F1 Champion owns Laverstoke Park Farm and is a leading expert in organic crops and cattle rearing. He has a chain of butchers, one being in our daughters home town of Twickenham, so we have eaten some of his great sausages. Incidentally I began a collection of autographs a few years ago specialising in F1 World Champions and have about fourteen or so including JM Fangio and Graham Hill.
