Hello everyone , i just wanted to share with you that i have done 9,000 miles in my 4 since nov2012 ,speedo cable broke 2014 for 6 months till i got another ,thanks to renospeed mr dell, speedo now reads 174137 . thanks to my baby going so well .she runs well . i treat her to an oil change + filter for xmas ready for new year and more miles to come. bye for now x mike

I can beat that, I've done 11,000kms since December of last year most of it on mountain roads, now have 168,000 on the clock. I have just bought 2 new front tyres, will having a service next month. Just goes to show the R4's just keep going on and on, hence why there are so many here in Portugal, another reason why I have decided to keep it.

Nice that you are treating your r4 good! I have travelled 16,000 km the last 2½ years, with one oil and filter change. Still keeps at 16-18 km/l so economy is also good. The mileage is now 119,800 km.
