valves will be gone, I assume its the 1.2 DIET engine? Probably looking at artound 250 minimum to repair at a garage. Where are you located?

thats the cruise control, the radio has its own seperate stalk on the right hand side.

there shoudl be v shaped grooves on the pulley that drives the AC etc. Thertes bolt ont eh cambelt cover around 2 o'clock to line it up with and that lines it all up before you start stripping.

3 o'clock BDC is right for this, the grooves on the crank aux pulley should line up with the bolt on the cam cover, the marks on the pump and cam should line up as well.

take the pipe off the fuel pump to the carb and with a funnel pour fuel into it, should get it running for a while. The feed line to the pump like someone else said remove it and blow through it, you should hear the fuel bubbling in the tank, take the filler cap off first or it will come out...

D+ goes directly to the battery positive terminal. The old wire for the generator/dynamo assuming its in good condition can be used for this. Should have a thicker post generally with a 10mm nut The B- is the earth, with the thinner post normally uses an 8mm nut, this can have a wire attached...

the engine isn't in the best of health fromt eh pictures, if you can source another engine locally I'd go that route to be honest. The welding can be don't buit you don't know where else its cracked. The wet liner desgine means the bores will tend to be fine bu tthe crack might be right...

I'd pick the faded blue thats on it over the cream tbh!

thats the older style, the newer cars all use an oval shaped sensor plug. Anyway the older 5's use those plugs as do the ph1 25's and I'm sure the early 21's did as well.

hammer and blowtorch, never fails. Although I had problems with the water pump bolt, the heads sheared off then the bolts threads. They were stuck solid in the pump body! The broken bolts wound out with my fingers though.

you got a pic of the rad switch? not a 4 expert but know pretty much every other model! I can tell you if its the same as something else.

on the one I have there is no restrictors in the breather pipes. I am having to buy a new T piece as the one I have is broken - again :roll:
