No idea but R4 covers are available from a number of suppliers.

Probably not. Fairly sure 2CV seats are sufficiently different from memory.

Matt's Soft Tops can probably make you some. He's made them for my Dyane and AK350, & I know he's done them for Ami, DS, Fiat 126, & others. Jiggery pokery is one of his specialist skills.

Hi Nigel, I know it's extra expense you may not want, but Der Fransoze in Germany do very good quality replacement seat covers for the Renault 4. They are not cheap, but they look the business, and are well worth the investment.
