Are these R4 wheels?

i have recently bought a R4 which has 3 of these wheels? Fourth one is similar but not exactly the same? Are these R4 originals or from another car?

Yes,they are FERGAT-rims but check that inpress fit on your 4 to be sure as the one made for R 16 and possR 12 won't fit -Reid.
 
Yes but they are supposed to be painted in two tones like below. The centre cap is chromed plastic but has been painted silver on yours

The Fergat wheels look good, does anybody know where to get them or alloy wheels for a GTL?

Quite a few sets of alloy wheels for R4s at Thenay at roughly €125 (£125) for a set of five and €100 for a set of four, Simon.
 
Hi Paul, thanks for the info. I only got my car on Ist July so was never going to get organized in time for this years Thenay. Do you know if I can buy them online or do I have to be patient and wait for next year. Also I am looking for a 70`s chrome grill, any ideas where I can get one.

Simon, The ones I saw were not from any of the well known specialist traders so you must either try again next year or keep plugging away on eBay. Have a look at 'Guides' at the top of the page and try some of them too. Me? I quite like the simplicity of steel wheels.
 
Alpina wheels are available brand new (reproduction) with somekind of tuv certificate (need to see if Certificate is for R4)

You can try to track them on german ebay.

Alloys for R4 do appear but you need to search little bit stronger and need to have money available at instant.
 
Hi Lianne, the Fergats on my car are silver and black, but I've got say I do like the look of your wheel. Pale grey does suit it, and the dark grey contrasts nicely. Bit different which I also like.

We (well I say we!) are going to keep the painted bumpers and just repaint them in the pale grey.......they have been sprayed silver (the car is white) ........ hopefully might draw the eye away from the dodgy bodywork, you never know!
Ps for "dodgy", might start saying "original patinated" haha
