Checks for suspension

hi I ve a 1984 gtl with new shocks I d like to check to see if the rest of the suspension. Is working properly ,can anyone suggest some please ,the car has done 181000 so I guess it might have some issues

Brian, If the car has new shocks, what else is their to check? How does the car feel on a bumpy road? What's it like when driven over speed bumps? The car will soon 'tell you' when something is up. A thorough MoT test will throw up any worn bushes and so on.
