Heater blower switch

What are the different types of heater blower switch? Mine is on the blower housing itself and looks like this:
With two speeds and a resistor inside the switch.

But der Franzose sells this switch too, which looks like it goes on the post-1984 dashboard next to the other switches. http://www.franzose.de/en/Renault/R4/Heizung-Belueftung/ANR85042/
Anyone seen that in practise?

The contacts inside my switch are becoming too worn and seizing up, so I'd like to find a replacement. So far I can't find any with the integral resistor but I could always transplant it from the old switch.

Not seen that on a R4 (our 1990 Slovenian GTL has the same type of switch as in your photo).

Perhaps the listing on der Franzose is incorrect and it's really one for R5?

Believe that franzose switch that you have posted is for R5 campus.
Mine R4 has same fan switch as yours.

Well the problem is fixed anyway, it turned out the contacts inside the switch just needed bending very slightly and now it doesn't jam
