Hello all, My name is David and I live in Lincolnshire. I have finally managed to get myself another R4 after many years of wanting one. I have just bought a 1983 Van which I am in the process of registering in the UK. I have several other classics including a 1943 Ford GPW Jeep, a Ford Mk2 Escort 1600 Sport, a 1973 Mk1 Ford Consul L, a 1978 Mk2 Ford Granada Estate, a 1993 Ford Sierra 2.0 GLS, a 1985 Mini Chelsea, and last but not least a 1942 GMC CCKW. I owned a R4 years ago when I lived in Germany while serving in the army and have loved them ever since. Glad to have one back in the garage at last.

R4s are quite addictive.
I started with a van and now I have nearly finished a Sinpar TL.
Maybe another one comes along.
I'm sure my Russian wife will have my balls if I buy another one.
But you never know.
