strange rattle front right side

Hello Dear R4 Fans,
I'm really desperate, our 1980s Renault 4 has a strange clack and rattle which is faster when you drive faster.
It comes from the right front wheel and it's gone as soon as you tap the brake lightly.
also checked brake line.
Today I changed the Brake pads to original Pads and also checked the small flat spring.

Unfortunately it is still there.
Do you have an ideas?

Are both the anti rattle spring clips in place? Also make sure that you apply copper grease in all the right places so that the brake shoes can move back into place more easily.

I presume that you're talking about brake shoes as I think the first disc brakes were introduced in 1983

I just posted what may be a reply to this rattle, but elsewhere! With my (disc) brakes, it was the flat springs that hold the pads down - they had flattened a bit and just needed bending slightly to bear down on the pad edges a little harder.
