Brakes.. What is this??

Hello everyone.. Before I tried to get out my brake pumps I notice I have this "Penta screw", anyone knows to what this screw are related

Do not release this screw. Special head of bolt mean "do not touch", this screw holds the two parts of the brake caliper connected together.

They are holding outher bracket where brake pads are going. there is no need to remove them.
Even if you are renewing caliper with new piston you do not need to remove them.
