driveshaft CV joints 1985 R4 GTL

Well I'm after advice again. Sophie loves this car so I better look after it!
Noticed ticking noise from front of car when turning. I reckon it's the 'worn driveshaft CV joint malaise' that all FWD cars seem to suffer from eventually.
Can I get replacement units for this model or are they reconditionable?
Does anyone else have experience of this problem on these cars?

Ok thanks I may well have to do that. My local friendly garage told me today Renault used quite a light grease in the CV joints. He suggested pulling the rubber boots back and re greasing as the grease may have diminished or gone hard with lack of use so I may try that first. Still one week of ownership and no real nasties yet......fingers crossed!!!
