Hi all, does anyone have or know where i can get a fuel pump for a RHD 1986 GTL please?

Cheers Simon.

Hi Simon
Did you manage to find a fuel pump? If not, I've found a NOS Auto Delta ADP5917 pump. The Renault part number for RHD 688 R4s is given as 7700666046 in the PR900, which cross-references to QFP50.

This is a really useful page:

QFP50,QUINTON HAZELL QFP50; Fuel Pump (yoyopart.com)

Note that quite a lot of 'QFP50' pumps advertised are listed inaccurately. Back in the 80s, you'd quite often be given the wrong pump as catalogues weren't always right!

Tony
PS door pocket fits a treat!

Hi Tony
Glad the door pocket's back in an R4!
This fuel pump is a good price:

Renault 5 (1972-1977) *New* Fuel Pump AC Delco 461.91 | eBay

AC Delco 461-91 cross-references to Renault 7700666046 - the part number given in the PR900 for RHD GTLs (688 engine). This is the upside-down, 2-pipe, pushrod-operated pump. Your car is RHD, isn't it?

461-91,ACDelco 461-91; Fuel Pump (yoyopart.com)

The pipes on the AC Delco and Auto-Delta pumps join the pump body at a slightly different angle from that of the Renault pumps - you might have to adapt/replace the flexible fuel pipes. RHD pump (for reference):GTL fuel pump.jpg

Hi Andy,
Thanks for your prompt reply and info.
Yes mine's a RHD and that one looks just right.
Your help is much appreciated.
Tony
