Just when I thought my 4 was the cheapest retro classic to run in town this guy drove past in this, did make me smile!

What IS that? it looks like a cross between a disabled electric scooter, a Sinclair C5 and a individual golf buggy!

From the sound ( v-moped like) it a small 50cc two stroke, its his economy motor, on days when he collects more firewood its a Piagio (Vespa) van he uses, haven’t been able to identify make( been handpainted too many times!)but apparently they were once common here. It does have a valid registration/itv!
