Wiper blades - what type and size for a 1986 GTL

I have a 1986 Renault 4 GTL with not only worn and torn wiper blades but wobbly ones - the arm to blade fit has 2 or 3 mm of slop. I think the blades need to be 11 inches long but can anyone tell:

1. The correct width of the arm
2. The correct type of arm to blade fitting
3. A type and part number would be fab (although I may then realise my arms are wrong, in that they may be too narrow). I think Valeo W28 blades might be right but does anyone know for sure? I'm hoping W28 may come with adaptors to allow for arm widths and fittings...
4. If I also need arms, would anyone have a spare pair? Good used that I can paint would be great.
