Confused are the tyres good or bad !?

I'm looking to get a set on winter or mud tyres to put on my spare wheels

i've got a set on my R4 that seem a waste to ruin so selling them if anyone is rolling on 'the MOT or the police are not going to like theses' tyres

but at the same time looking if anyone has collects a set over time that they are yet to get rid of so i can pop the good tyres off and put the crap ones on so instead of mucking about swapping rims, i can hand over 4 tyres instead.
