Clio Engine Management Light HELP PLEASE

Hello

I have a Clio 1.2 16v 2003 and the engine management light has come on.

I took it to kwik fit and they read the code and said it was the exhaust.

I have been told that it could be the lambda sensor so I have replaced the front sensor then had the code cleared but after a few days the ligh has come back on.

Any ideas what it could be.
