I'm sure if the situation was reversed that Malcolm would prefer a link to this site rather than somebody just posting, for example, a chunk of text from his 'tech tips' or 'guides'.

And if you do feel that you have to save us the boring task of opening links, you should be a least courteous enough to acknowledge the 'masses of time consuming research' that the original author of the article put in.
