Filler Neck

I have asked before but has any body got a Petrol filler neck ,I thought i could
weld up the one i have ,but it fell in bits when i tried to clean it up.

I don't mind the later plastic type.
But if i can't find one i will have to go to the North East of France before Lobster gets there.
