Found a Renault Rodeo for sale today!!!!

Trouble is its in Belgium, its been used as a promotional vehicle for a digger company and they've decided to put it up for sale.

It looks mint (as in very bright green)

I took photos but I only had my mobile with me and I can't get them over to the lap top till I get back to England, I spoke with the chap who has it for sale and it has a full canopy and looks in great condition.

He's looking for €5500 I don't know if thats too much or is on the mark for these lovely looking little vehicles!

If anyone wants to know more details I have all his contact numbers and as he's in the Flemish side of the country of course they speak great English.

IF it's a fully restored minter and with low mileage and full service history I would definately think about it. If you have the opportunity to go inspect the vehicle do so. See if you can get some off the price. 3500-4000 is a normal price for good one.

The are 2 types of Rodeo. The 1970's ACL and the 1980's Teilhol.
Personally I think the older ACL model is prettier. I've seen one being offered for 800 euro's some years ago in unrestored condition with some bits and pieces missing.

The good is you won't have to worry about anything major in the next 5 years if they can show you what was done. The bad is the price. See if you can knock a bit off the 5500 euro. See if it is a 4x4.

I can see why they want 5500 euro for it. Custom alloys, custom seats, bling in the cockpit, custom mirrors.
Being a purist I would argue it would take quite a bit to get it back to original. Not a bad colour, though.
