Front bumper and beyond...

Happy New year to everyone. I am about to remove and respray my front bumper. The lower panel behind(beneath the bonnet) is in pretty bad shape both dented and rusty. Ideally I would like to remove it. I know there are the 4 bolts in the centre and all the various braces that connect through to the bumper. If I remove the afore-mentioned will it come off or is there another whole set of bolts to deal with? I just want to know what I am dealing with before I start.

It's actually part of the chassis and welded on...not an easy task to remove / replace it.

Aah. Well I guess i'll have to paint it in situ then. Thanks for saving me from what would have been a big mistake.
