A akroprop New Member Messages 2 Apr 30, 2011 #1 Having changed the head gasket a fortnight ago it has failed again so this time I take heed of the advice to skim the head and ensure the head bolt hols are free of muck etc. However am I being an idiot but cant seem to free off the water pump!!!!

mike4gtl Mad many would insit upon Messages 794 May 1, 2011 #2 Dont you have to remove the pully first as there are bolts behind it?
