If nobody on the forum can help, here are some ideas:
Carb hoses:
T-piece:
They do heater hoses/hose kits too (LHD only, but it looks as though yours is LHD):
Looks like the heater hoses on sale are the ones - like on my F6 and GTL - that go from the water pump to the heater radiator in a single run. You'd have to cut them down to fit the system on your car.

I don't know offhand (someone on here will) whether you can get heater hoses that'll fit your car as is - your system makes it much easier to work on the heater, as you can disconnect the hoses under the bonnet and plug them.
