Identify these wheels?

What are these wheels? Standed R4 wheels banded or are they standard fitment on something.

Either way, I like them

Hard to tell from a photo but they look like R4 standard.

I am not a specialist but have seen quite a lot of r4, and I have the same impression...the old type normal r4 wheel...

I thought that but they look wider. That looks like a 175 section tyre at least.

Are they just standard R4 wheels that have been banded or was a similar design to the standard R4 wheel used on anything else (although I can't think what so have probably answered my own question)

Ah ah... Mine is not a careful eye... Just looked at the "outside", not care for the width... Do you think it is possible to weld an external edge to provide space for wider tyres? Looks like a difficult job...
