Oil out of head cover

Hello everybody!
I just noticed today, after a 50 km trip, that my car's engine is blowing air along with oil trough the head cover breath hose that goes to the carburetor. At higher revs, higher pressure and oil quantity.
I am guessing it is not a good signal, but I don't know what might be causing it. Would appreciate your more experienced opinions on what's going on my engine.
There is not whitish smoke on the exhaust, so I may suppose it is not burning oil.
There is oil all around the head. No leaks between the head and its cover.

It's quite normal on high mileage engines that have worn compression piston rings...compression pressure is escaping towards the sump and ends up in the rocker cover.

Just what I was afraid of!

Thanks Angel

Your comment is very valuable. That is what I was expecting to be. I will proceed to repair the engine.
