I have a pair of gutter-fixing roof bars which graced my Land Rover Discovery 2. They have a large adjustable vertical lift and the cross bars could be easily cut down to match the lesser width of the F4. Happy to part with them for the courier cost. I should be able to find a photo (tried selling them on gumtree a few years ago).
