Solex 32 Carburetta

Hello
Is it possible to mount a solex 32 carburetta from a mk 2 Renault 5 on to a inlet manifold form a Renault 5 mk 1, and would the rocker cover from the
mk 2 fit a Renault 4 gtl.

The Mk2 R5 carb is not really suitable for the R4 - there have been recent posts about this. If you want some extra power then get all the parts you need from a R5 Mk1 1108cc. This has been discussed many times on here so do a search.

Thanks for your reply. i have checked other threads and on one page 25 Malcom has said that a mk 2 Renault 5 could do the job!

If this is not the case i will adjust the tappets and timing and see what happens .
