Torsion bar

Hello everyone, I'm on the scrounge once again..does anyone on the site have the two tools needed to adjust the front torsion bar? I only need a lend, can pick up and return to anywhere in the UK as I work Nationwide... My car isn't level and it's driving me mad!!!
