I would like to find out what colour the rims on early R4s were. I'm talking about the rims withe the central chrome hub cap. I have seen some silver and others a kind of off white..... not that thread again!

I've done a little research (looked at pictures in the Gazolene R4 issue).
Up to 1963 the cars all seem to have body colour wheels. From there through to 69 they've all got cream coloured wheels, and from 1970 they appear to be silver.
Difficult to tell exactly as everyone seems to have tasteless chrome wheel trims covering the whole of the wheel. But it does fit in with the cars I have scattered around the barn.
For a bonus point does anyone know the paint code for the cream wheels?

Malcolm I am looking for the paint code to do the 1962 Renault 4 wheels,
Did anybody find the paint code for the cream,our should i do it the same as the car colour,
I have 7 wheels some are Cream and the others are Gray.
The inner wings are not with me yet so i don't now the paint code yet.
