I started counting R4s and then decided it was easier to count cars that weren't R4

I remember when I started at King Alfred's College in Winchester in 1988 my personal tutor had a R4 I think it was yellow but he was an archaeologist who had been digging in Italy as he was a Roman specialist and someone hit his R4 in the back on the motorway I think it was in Germany when he was returning to the UK and it had a huge dent in then back. He soon changed it for a Citroen AX. Yes there were far more R4's and R5's around then I only really remember the R5's as that's what I wanted to drive and did drive but I do remember seeing more R4's around!
