Window frames

The metal frames around the window glass on my R4 project are on their last legs and ideally one at least should be replaced (front passenger side RHD). Does anyone have any metal spares, or, assuming that they are interchangeable, a set of later plastic ones that I can buy?

I could also do with a new chrome front bumper. My present one has a split in it and can't be rechromed. Or maybe someone cab sell me a painted one that could be stripped and chromed?

Happy to travel and dismantle if need be.

Bumpers situatio now sorted (thanks Steve), but I am still short of a front passenger window frame. I am probably going to have to accept a a set of later plastic frames to replace these, so if you have any that you want to sell, either a set or single items, then please get in touch.
