Thanks for that Stuart. I'm booked in at Waggoners Campsite for Saturday night, with a friend, a fellow R4 owner. It's just up the road, 15 mins from the venue, so after our fried breakfast, and packing our gear, we should be there before the hoards arrive.

It is indeed Eccles60, but not worry, there's bound to be other events held on the continent to whet your appetite, and hopefully in 2022 we in the UK will be able to venture over there without worries about Covid.

Citroen/Renault gathering, 10th 11th July, Surrey. Quick update on this event. The Citroen and Renault clubs are in discussion regarding re-scheduling this event for a later date, I presume because of ongoing Covid restrictions, but details are a bit sketchy at the moment.

Yes it is a great pity if 4L International is no more, if that is the case, but I suspect as the following for the R4 is so strong on the continent that an alternative event will take place. Hi guys, after struggling to fit a new grommet and bush, and it only lasting a year before the rubber grommet started splitting, I did this little mod. Spherical bearing held with two aluminium plates, and using the old grommet, modified to centralise the bearing.

Hey petak nice job, but pink antifreeze is not ideal for older style car engines, it's designed for modern engines. Use the old fashioned blue or green type coolant if you can get either. Just saying :whistle:
