I like the look of them and missed the chance a few years ago to buy one which had a Transit Di engine in it. However I suspect it would have sounded awful as the Di engine is the noisiest motor I've ever known.

The wiring for the fog lamp is normally already there, just need a switch and to extend the wire from the left hand side of the boot to the right.

If I were after a left hand drive R4, I'd go to France and buy one direct.

It's not too hard to get the MOT sorted, but all the local dvla offices have now shut, so the easiest way is to print the forms out from online, fill them in and send them off.

You'd be better off if the doors on good condition to put some filler in it, take it back to bare metal, fill it and sand back and it'll be fine.

In case you aren't sure, the thermostat lives in the top radiator hose next to the water pump, (where the two jubilee clips are) and is easily removed, much more simply than the usual rusted up thermostat housings that a lot of cars have. I see that the jubilee clips have been replaced with...

I just pulled the wing out a little, wasn't worried about the fancy stuff.

My 165 65 r13's rubbed slightly on the right hand side wing, not sure if you will Have the same problem too...

Thanks for the parts today, I really should have got more organised and picked up some parts for people in the UK. Next time eh?
