    if the wires have 6mm hole they go on stud with 10mm nut 5mm hole wire is earth point and connects to 8mm nut there will be a spade connection that will push onto the + marked pin in the 2 pin hole you never had battery light so won't have one now finally the 2 wires you have removed from box...

    probably timing chain rattling as the water pump and alternator load is on the camshaft pulley and the chain is more stressed with this setup engine out is the cure

    the problem is that cable has no shoulder on the nipple which locates it in place compare these pics of genuine part to yours

    vented discs are for performance cars the issue is if you fit drum brake rims there is less air flow to brakes trying to fit vented discs is another challenge and no chance of using even normal r4 rims without spacers etc

    or make a spacer to fit in the big centre hole of existing rim with a threaded hole to fit bolt on chrome cap someone on here has done this already
