1989 R4 front wheel bearings

Hi All,
I have just purchased an R4 and need a new front wheel bearing, being 1989 my car has disc brakes at the front. My questions - are all R4 front bearings the same, or did the fitment change for disc brakes? Would the R5 bearings of 1989 be the same as mine? My reason for asking is that the bearing lists that I have looked at stop at 1986, this is presumably when Renault ceased importing R4's into the UK. Thanks in anticipation. Tony

I'm 99% sure the 1986 wheel bearing will fit the later cars. Any post 1982 1100cc R4 should have the correct bearings - they all had disc brakes.

According to the Quinton Hazell list the bearings are the same, the code is QWB 302.
If you download the Q-pid from the Quinton Hazell web page you will be able to put in your details and source parts that you need.
