4CV interior

Does anyone know if the seats (front and rear) of a Renault 4 fit in a 4CV?

Are there any other parts of a 4 that can be used on a 4CV?

I know parts of the exhaust of the 845cc engine are interchangable. I bet some engine parts from the 4CV were used on the R4 as well.
