Can't find any description anywhere as to how to fit it. Is the round metal disc meant to stick to the window as I would imagine that's a big ask, or have I got a bit missing?

There are a couple of different types. Where the inside face is curved like yours it is intended to sit on the other side of a hole in the window glass. Later cars had a flat inside face and that was designed to be glued to the outside of the window.

Sliding window locks

Hi everyone, One of my sliding window locks has fallen off, what is the best thing to use to stick it back onto the glass? Any help greatly appreciated
