845 distributor with vac advance

Hello peoples,
I'm on the hunt for the above, an 845cc distributor with vacuum advance fitted. According to Angel it was fitted to '84 to '86 R4TL's and some 845cc
R5's.

The Dauphine Gordini also had the 845cc Ventoux engine and the distributors for that (and the base Dauphine model) all had vacuum advances. I think there was about three or four different makes of dizzy for them - any would probably do the job.

Geoff, just found one on Ebay France, brand new, for the 800 engine.

Does any of you, by any chance, have the slightest idea about how I might get across a new/working vacuum timing advancer for my Femsa ignition? Mine is broken and I'd really like to fit a working one!

I don't think they have been available for quite some time. Best to fit a Ducellier or Marelli distributor.

Hmm, that's a shame. There are new ones available for Ducellier? In that case I'll get me a Ducellier then.

I can still find new Ducellier vacuum advance units here. Tried to find a Femsa unit last month, with no success...
