a bit of sill

Hi,
Im hoping to begin the reassembly of antoinette in September. One job is to replace some sill and floor exactly as detailed in ermintrudes restoration (pic attached) except I need to do both the left and right side.

The thing is I have no spare sill around. Does anyone know if this is available as a replacement part anywhere or would someone here have a suitable piece I could buy?

Many thanks
Nick

The aftermarket sections are poor quality - the ones I've seen are cover sections to weld over the originals which isn't nice.

What length do you need exactly? I've found a length cut from the front sill of a GTL - probably about 500 or 600mm (it will have been the longest section easily removed between the pillars).

Well Im back again and looking for another piece of sill. More holes than expected. IF anyone happened to be chopping up a body and could send me a length of sill I'd be delighted to hear from them.

Hi Everyone, Just a bump really. Ive got two corners done on the body but if anyone could sort me out with a few more bits of sill that would be great. Im currently in the Netherlands if we have any dutch readers here who may be can help. I'll be in the UK over December so could pick up from there then. Or if someone can post to Ireland that would be great too. Two or three pieces about 30cm long would do the trick. N

Thks restoration is taking a bit more time than expecting...

I can help! I have some good cill available send me photo of your crappy bits and i can compare

Various collection of crud to compare with yours! There are various shapes that would help. Even the indentations on the rear wheel arches can be chopped into the seat belt fixing points .Also rear wheel arch curvature and door pillar section.
