battery or starter??:(

hi guys,
i bought a used R5 engine and fitted it in my R4, but the engine problem since then is that if i turned off my engine in a traffic jam it refuses to start at that moment, i mean the starter doesn't work. but if i left it to cool down for about an hour or something it starts normally and perfectly
i changed the battery but the same prob. still exists

i would b glad if anybody could help me thnx

It sounds like the starter motor solenoid is sticking. it'll need cleaning out.
