C V boot clips

Hi the CV boot retaining clip on the outside is missing a large jubilie clip wont work nor will a plastic cable tie car is due for annual road test by Friday

I use plastic cable ties on mine. Much better than the nasty steel clips they used to use.

I've tried those but thre dosn't seem to be enough clearence

I use plastic cable ties all the time but if you find they don't suit you, use good old fashioned galvanised locking wire. Wind it around the boot 3 times and twist the ends to tighten.
