The brass fitting has come off the end of my choke cable. I can give it choke but have to pop the bonnet to turn it off again. I have super glued it back on a couple of times but it just falls off after a week or so. I dont think much glue gets in as it is a very tight fit. I can rough up the plastic wire casing a little that might help. Any recommendations as to what to do with the smooth inside of the brass fitting? I can buy a new cable (if I can find the right length) but would rather fix the old. Thanks!
