Date of manufacture...

Hi all

I am considering getting Mildred re-registered on age related plates. Her registration document says she was manufactured in 1972. She is on a P plate because she was imported from Cyprus in 1975.

I would like to find out if she is early enough to warrant a K plate. Does anyone have suggestions as to how I could find out her actual manufacture date?

I think (and may be wrong) but either the Renault Classic Car Club or Renault Owners Club can do this for you. Certainly used to be the case anyway.
