Discs & pads for R4F6 1108cc, where from?

Recently acquired '82 R4F6 van with frighteningly terrible brakes, don't think they've been looked at in years so initially going to change the disc rotors and pads up front - best place with some in UK? Seen some on ebay that say for that year but look like different disc hole drillings on their pictures. Some pictures of current crap ones, any advice on wha discs & pads/where to get appreciated, cheers

The calipers are Bendix. Hubs are interesting - they've been modified with countersunk bolts to take the earlier wheels. You knock the hub off and unbolt the disc from the hub.

I normally go eBay for them. But I see what you mean - nothing on there has 6 bolts. Local motor factors might be worth a shot.
