early tailgate handle

Another longshot - can anyone help me out with an early style tailgate lock and lifting handle ?[see picture attached]. I am not fussed if the unit has no key as long as the push button works and can hold the door shut. If you have one you could part with, and would be willing to post to Australia, please PM me.
