My uncle's R5 blowsup the headgasket.. so I started dismount, and everything engine is contaminated with this "carbon".. I think the oil was very difficulty to divres from the oil pan to the head.. so ask you what is the best way to clean all this??

oven cleaner will dissolve the carbon on cylinder head
problem is this is symptom of neglect and overdue oil changes
it is likely to affect the oilstrainer pickup gauze and possibly contaminated the oil gallery internally
or damage bearing surfaces due to poor lubrication or lack of oil pressure
