Ethanol fuel pipe

I need to take over some modern pipe to France, to replace the old rubber, but I can't recall the diameter, does anyone know?

I will of course be running E5 petrol as much as possible, but changing the fuel pipes to modern ones can do no harm.

Are there any other rubber bits I should change?

Hi Nick-you'll need one of these rubberhoses (approved for Ethanol)

NBR-PET-CSM
FKM-PET-CSM
DIN 73379 Type E
ISO 4639 Type 2
SAE J 30 R 7
SAE J 30 R9-11
-Reid.

Ah well I have ordered some already, hope they are good.

Mostly I will stick with E5 as I hear E10 melts solder in the carbs!

Just make SURE the ones you've got are meant for Ethanol. That why it's imperative to go for the approved for E above.
The firehazard is Real if not as substandard ones "dries out" developing cracks fast and starts leaking -Reid
