More in answer to my own question in the’ gallery of gorgeous ‘ thread and confirming Cornish’s reply, went on a search and found this:-
Couldnt find a non brochure photo of one, ( strange the filler caps on blue van different side to cream/yellow van), either way RH hinges appear to be hens teeth on F4 nowadays..

I'd say the cream F4 is a standard LHD F4 with a mirrored photo, much cheaper than having a photoshoot of a RHD car only for the british market.

Yes, it's difficult to see, but which side is the petrol filling cap on?

On the cream van LHS, blue RHS , think Leonardo has hit the nail on its head with a reversed negative being used.
