F6 folding front seat captive nut

I'm not sure what these are called, but does anyone know where to get these captive (caged?) nuts for the folding front passenger van seats? Or ideas for a DIY alternative?

Blind rivet nut, there are several types, picture beneath the folding example and available at any decent hardware store, at least it should.
