Fitting a different steering wheel to R4...

Hello...i just found a steering wheel from R19...its sporty with leather, in pretty good condition so can i fit it to my R4!?

If i can...how hard will it be!?

You will probably need a different boss but it *should* fit as long as the boss at the back of the wheel is removable.....

I bought the R19 steering wheel,the same as you get on the Clio Williams, i hope that it will fit, ill try to put it these days and inform the crew abot the progress

I fitted a standard steering wheel from a R21 bolted straight on to a R4
much nicer than the 6inch sporty one that someone had fitted !!

I've tried a couple of steering wheels on my 4 from 60s to 90s Renaults and they all fitted. I've got a 5 wheel on my turbo and my dads got a 19 wheel on his GTL

so it is doable....EXCELLENT!...i still didn't fitted the thing because i am still at Greece, however in couple of days i will go back to Serbia and afterwards deliver report and pictures as well!
