Forum software update

I've updated the forum software to a new and improved version with more features.

Most things should be the same, main difference is you can customise your profile and add photos. Here's mine.

Do let me know if you find any bugs. It's a release candidate of the software rather than a formal release.

hi malcolm , no bugs just comments
we seem to have lost some members looking at stats on bottom of page
how did you revoke membership ?
i also note that by clicking active "users" we can be nosey and see what others are reading
but no actual list of active "members" though

not criticising , just curious , well done for all your hard work though as you have more than 1 site to maintain

Might have lost some members - I had a clearout of people who had registered over a year ago but hadn't visited again or posted.

Active members are those that have logged in in the last month. But it's only a statistic. The real active members are the ones you see contributing to the forum, and we only have a small niche to draw from there.
